This is just a monster I made up... because well I wanted to. Wow this took me quite a while to do, I can be such a slow worker sometimes.

Well I call this thing a Lurrah (sound it out kind of like lure). It's a plant like creature that feeds of the blood of animals, humans when one stumbles into it's path.
The woman’s face is used to draw unsuspecting travellers close enough for it to attack and it can also mimic a female voice.
The face is attached to an extendable vine thing that is stored in it's thick neck, the length varies depending on it's size but I see it extending up to 12-18 feet.

Other wise it feeds of forest animals mostly birds that roost in the trees close to it.
To reach to some extended length, some of it's roots aren’t rooted into the ground and so it can grab things with them.
